Condado de Alhama

Concept

Condado de Alhama is a unique area of 9,000,000m2 that brings together a group of independent property resorts, each having its own identity. The region has been planned with three main objectives in mind - privacy, security and proximity, with a wealth of leisure, sporting and commercial facilities that amount to one of the finest resort environments in Europe.

Location
Located close to the ancient spa town of Alhama de Murcia and the nature reserve of Sierra Espuña, Condado de Alhama is only a 10 minute drive from the sandy Mediterranean beaches and attractions of Mazarron. The resort is well connected to nearby towns and cities, especially the Mar Menor, San Javier Airport, Cartagena, Murcia and the coastline of Almeria.

Each of these resorts has its own personality, and offers a wide variety of attractive properties, from comfortable apartments to high-end luxury villas. All of these resorts also offer their own private sports, leisure and commercial facilities, plus 24 hour security.


Golf & Green Areas Condado de Alhama features THREE of the renowned Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, two of which are ´Bear´s Best´ courses, offering a selection of Jack´s favourite holes from around the world. The area also features 2,500,000m2 of green parkland next to 800,000m2 of green areas (the same size as 500 football pitches) spread throughout the plot.

The Principal golf course features a clubhouse with VIP lounge, restaurants, gymnasium, swimming pools and pro shop.

Privacy & Security

To ensure privacy within the residential zones, access to them will be totally exclusive to residents, with all resorts being equipped with access gates controlled by security staff. Each resort will contain a shopping, sports and leisure area, again exclusively for the use of residents.

Oasis Resort Centre

The very centre of Condado de Alhama is made of water. The Great Lake is the place where the golf course, the main Town Centre, the Palace of Water and the wine cellar will all converge. Above the Great Lake emerges the Oasis. Water flows down the streets, forming ponds and fountains, giving rise to small boat piers. Form the Oasis jetty, you can marvel at the spectacular view of the blue water merging with the green of the golf course on the horizon.

The Oasis has been conceived as an island in the centre of the Great Lake, a medina surrounded by water and palm trees. With sheltered plazas and large meeting areas, The Oasis is the star of Condado de Alhama. Its commercial centre stretches along the main streets, with shops, restaurants, cafeterias, bars, offices and services.

On an island within the Oasis, you will find the Palace of Water, where you can immerse yourself in a range of spa and water treatments, including Jacuzzis, saunas and thermal pools.

The Oasis contains every possible amenity, including;
