Mar Menor Golf Resort already features an array of on-site facilities. The first phase of the resort, comprising 750 homes and a 9 hole golf course, was completed in 2005. Since then, the resort has seen the addition of a magnificent 5 star Intercontinental Hotel & Spa, supermarket, medical centre, hairdressers, social club, bars and restaurants.

Melvin Villarroel is one of the most respected architects in Spain. Already responsible for the design of several well-known hotels and developments, he is now instrumental in bringing to reality the apartments and penthouses to be built around the 18 hole golf course at Mar Menor Golf Resort.
